Anstifter mal anders: als Acht-Wochen-Programm für Zuhause
Es ist wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen, dass Methoden dann nachhaltig Eingang in den Alltag finden, wenn man sie über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 8 Wochen immer wieder einsetzt und ausprobiert und sich dabei weiterentwickelt. Selbst bei ein paar Minuten am Tag, entstehen dabei bereits messbare Veränderungen im Gehirn. ANSTIFTER entwickelte genau dafür ein 8-Wochen-Programm mit kleinen ‚Aufgaben‘ für Auszeiten im Alltag, entweder im Büro zwischen Meetings oder auch zum Reset Knopf drücken Zuhause. Hier kommt ein kleines Interview dazu mit einem Experimentierfreudigen (Führungskraft, 51).
ANSTIFTER: Acht Wochen lang hast du jede Woche 2 ‚Aufgaben‘ bekommen, Muster, die auf dich abgestimmt waren mit kleinen Gedankenimpulsen zur Durchführung und für den Alltag. Wie und wo hast du diese Aufgaben eingebaut? Kannst du die Wirkungen in Worte fassen?
Ich habe die Aufgaben in meinen Arbeitsalltag eingebaut. Manchmal habe ich zum Ende der Mittagspause gezeichnet oder kurz bevor ich zum Feierabend nach Hause gefahren bin. Bei Letzterem konnte ich mich den ganzen Tag auf die Aufgabe freuen und mich auf die freie Zeit mit der Familie vorbereiten. Es waren immer kleine Urlaube für mich – innere Reisen! – obwohl ich nach wie vor in meiner Arbeitsumgebung saß.
Mit den Aufgaben verbinde ich: Vorfreude auf und Freude über das von mir geschaffene Ergebnis – Konzentration auf die Muster und den Prozess und dadurch Entlastung von (störenden) Gedanken – viel Entspannung und Meditation…
Zusätzlich haben mir die Übungen wieder Vertrauen in meine Kreativität gebracht. Ich war im Nachhinein immer so dermaßen von meinem Ergebnis begeistert, was ich vorher niemals gedacht hätte. Diese Überraschung und Freude war sehr wertvoll für mich und hat für etliche Stunden nachgewirkt!

ANSTIFTER: Was waren deine Highlights, größten Aha-Effekte und Erkenntnisse?
Die größten Aha-Erlebnisse waren für mich oft die 3D-Effekte, die erst ganz am Ende des Prozesses sichtbar wurden. Es war so spannend zu erleben, wie aus einfachen Geometrien und nach sehr einfachen Arbeitsschritten am Ende ein sehr komplexes und faszinierendes Bild entstanden ist. Hier war es beruhigend für mich, dass ich das Bild im Vorfeld gar nicht verstehen brauchte, sondern einfach nur den Anweisungen, wie in einer Meditation, folgen brauchte und mich das Ergebnis am Ende total verblüffte.
ANSTIFTER: Was macht für dich den Reiz dieser Methode aus, auch im Vergleich zu anderen Methoden, die du für dich im Alltag als Ausgleich nutzt?
Einfach machen und nicht nachdenken – das ist einer der großen Stärken dieser Methode! Das bedeutet für mich auch, dass mir aufgrund der vorgegebenen Anleitungen in kleinen Schritten das Anfangen sehr viel leichter fällt. Ich kann mich mit dieser Methode einfacher in den Prozess begeben. Zusätzlich kann ich im Verlauf immer freier und kreativer werden. Dadurch ist die Methode sehr variabel und flexibel und es ist alles möglich: „von strikt nach Vorschrift bis frei sein wie der Wind“.
ANSTIFTER: In welchen Momenten wirst du in Zukunft wieder zu Papier und Stift greifen?
Im Idealfall würde ich mir täglich Zeit für die kleinen Urlaube – die MiniMalUrlaube – reservieren und regelmäßig die Besonderheit dieser Methode nutzen. Leider schaffe ich das nicht so regelmäßig, wie ich es gerne machen würde. Das Achtwochenprogramm war dafür ein idealer Anreiz. Und alleine zu wissen, dass ich jederzeit zu Papier und Stift greifen kann und die Wirkung wieder sofort abrufbar ist, ist sehr wertvoll.
